A look at the re-engineered back chamber. The (stock Edgar) cheesy method of attaching and building the backchamber was unsuitable. I reskinned the backchamber with 1/4" maple plywood, glued to the original backcharmber. Then fabricated some 1" x 2" maple into a 2" x 2" maple block, glued to the backchamber. Then, that was bolted with stainless bolts to the horn cabinet, using brass wood inserts.
