Gluing up the maple plywood cabinet around the inner 80hz horn 'shell'. Ironically the worst looking parts of the whole speaker are the internal horn shell pieces I got from Dr. Edgar. (I should have had them veneered before assembly). The rest of the cabinet is built to a higher materials and workmanship standard than the inner horn pieces. Live and learn. ;-) Fortunately it's just a niggling cosmetic issue, sonically they are excellent.
